We are happy to accept unused items for return within 10 days of purchase (or receipt of the items if they were shipped). After 10 and up to 30 days from purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. After 30 days, we can’t offer you an exchange or credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also have the original tags attached. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Gift cards are not returnable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we are happy to attempt to look up the transaction under the gift giver’s account in our system to accommodate an exchange. 


Refunds for items shipped back to us:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via text or email when your refund has been credited to your original credit card or payment method. 


Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 27 Holcomb Bridge Rd. Norcross, GA 30071  Attn: Returns.  :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use tracking and insurance when shipping returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for the refund or exchange of items that don’t make it back to us.
