Curious about Mahjong but not sure where to start? Join us for Mahjong 101—a relaxed, beginner-friendly class designed to teach you the basics while having a great time as you learn to play. Whether you’ve always wanted to play or just love the idea of learning something new with friends, this is your perfect starting point.

We’ll cover all the essentials, from the tiles to the rules, with expert teachers guiding you step by step. Plus, you’ll enjoy light refreshments and the welcoming atmosphere Carolee’s is known for—no pressure, just fun.

$40 per person includes everything you need: instruction, game materials, and refreshments. You're also invited to come in from 5:30 to 6:30 and do some shopping as we get ready for class. You'll get a 15% discount on your purchases!

Reschedule or Cancel? - Need to move to another class or cancel your reservation? These requests need to be made 48 hours prior to the start of class for a refund. We often have a wait list and we’ll do our best within 48 hours to fill your spot so you can transition to another class, but we cannot offer a guarantee.
