In celebration of 5 Fab Years, we are offering free hair tinsel to the first 15 girls who reserve their spot. Ellie Moore will be here to apply the tinsel and can go really subtle or more noticeable! Application takes 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the number of strands being applied. Please be a few minutes early so we can keep things moving along.
